                                                     OVC  Beach Volleyball Summer Camp 2026

Location:         Sandbridge Marketplace               Days:  Tuesdays/Thursdays                Time:  8:30-10:00am

Dates:              June 16, 18, 23, 25, 30     July  2, 14, 16, 28, 30  August 4, 6

Coach:         James “Fritz” Scheuer - jascheue@vbschools.com   Ocean Volleyball Club Director and Boy’s U-17 Neptune Head coach, Princess Anne Middle School Boys Soccer HC, Girls Basketball HC and Boys Track HC

Schedule for each day will vary with emphasis on the following:

​

​45-50 minutes of conditioning

​​

-upper and lower body agility and strength, core strength, endurance, strength training in sand will help with increased vertical and speed for the upcoming High School indoor season, Club Season and overall footwork performance in ANY sport.

​​

25-30 minutes of correct form and correct habits while setting, passing, hitting and defensive positioning

​

-having the correct form is imperative for growth (Volleyball IQ) in the sport and also a great way to prevent injuries from occurring due to incorrect form/motion

​

15-20 minutes of skill work scrimmaging/game-like situation’s

      

-passing/defense, -hitting/blocking, -setting, -serving/receive

​

Equipment needed by players:   lots of fluids, beach towels, good attitude!

​

Cost:    $150.00 for the whole summer *(that’s 12 sessions, *pay as you go is also available in case of vacation and other commitments - $20.00 per session)  Cash, Check made out to OVC or Venmo to @Fritz_19
