Played HS volleyball at Ocean Lakes High School.

-2nd team all region as a junior

-1st team all region as a senior

-2nd team all state as a senior

Began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Ocean Lakes HS, he was an assistant for four years with the program.

Coached at Kempsville HS for 3 years 2018-2021.

-selected the 5A 2019 Coach of the Year

2022 - Returned to his alma motter, Ocean Lakes High School as the head coach.

2023 - Made it to the STATE SEMIFINALS, falling to the eventual State Champions.

2024 - Head Coach Ocean Lakes HS, bringing on a former player Lucas Bushey as his assistant.

Began coaching for OVC 7 years ago as a co-coach for the 16s team, last year coached the 18 Neptune team and currently coaches the 18s Neptune team.

Three of the last four years, his teams have earned USAV National Bids. As both a 15s, 16s and 18s team.
